A Brief History…

Decades of therapy, retreats, hundreds of books, and working with coaches saved me from catastrophes – many of my own making. Over time, I came to be more connected with myself, more self-aware and really know who I am, what I stand for, where I’m going and how to get there. I’m comfortable now to say that I underwent a metamorphosis of change that was transformational.

That transformation for myself helped me achieve financial success and lasting peace for how I lead my life.

I experienced how inner clarity directly shaped my outer reality. Over time I observed that leaders and teams that thrived weren’t simply the smartest or most aggressive; certainly not the best offerings. They, too, were transformational. I realized what scaled companies was less about tools and more about people who went inward and transformed themselves.

What scales companies isn’t just strategy.

It’s leaders who transform themselves.

Today, I choose to spend my time helping other CEOs and founders who feel challenged, lost or unsupported, find their way through, towards their vision of success and peace. I believe the greatest decisions of our lives come from within and we all could greatly benefit from someone in our corner to help us navigate and witness that transformation.

If you could use someone in your corner, I’d welcome the opportunity to get to know you.

Where I Am Now

Today I coach founders and CEOs through the work I had to do myself. The focus is identity, who you are underneath the title and the pressure, because that is the layer that sets how you lead. When it shifts, strategy and performance follow. My approach draws on depth psychology, Taoism, and Integral Theory, grounded in the years I spent running companies.

I coach independently here at adjamian.com and as part of Sanity Labs, Matt Munson’s practice. The founders I work with tend to be successful and quietly unsatisfied, the ones who built what they set out to build and felt less than they expected to feel. If that is familiar, it is where this work begins.
